This project proposes an exhibition at the Metropolitan Museum of Art: Margaret Armstrong: The Nature of Books. The exhibition would include publishers' bindings and illustrations designed by the artist as well as collected botanical specimens and drawings made from them, and the field guide of wildflowers written, illustrated, and designed by Armstrong. 

Alongside conservation classmates, study collection objects and conservation tools were used during a two-hour presentation to art history peers summarizing the history and conservation of paper, books, and photographs. A written primer, including timelines, glossaries, report templates, online resources, and bibliographies, was compiled as a research tool.
